You may not be the Finance Director, but if you are the MD,  CEO, or any other company director (whether by title or not), you should be  receiving regular reports on the financial status of you organisation. Without  these and the ability to comment, question and satisfy yourself on such matters (or not!), we do not believe you are in a position to fully discharge  your legal and fiscal responsibilities to the company and its numerous stakeholders.

• When was the last time your received meaningful reports?
• Are relevant and timely reports being produced?
• Has you organisation outgrown your current reporting?
